We accept the return of Uki Matcha products you purchase from ukimatcha.online, within 20 days from the date of the order (proof of order number) with the condition that the Uki Matcha powder package must be unopened, if it’s opened it cannot be return because it is Food Item.
Once we receive the product and inspect them to deem it meets all the original conditions, we will refund the product cost to your original payment method, applies discounts for courier costs.
